Campus Clothing (“Campus Clothing,” “we,” “us”) operates campus.clothing, a platform that lets schools, teams, clubs, booster groups and their print shops run online team stores. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We collect only what we need to take and fulfill orders. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who this policy covers
- Buyers: parents, guardians, athletes, fans and anyone who orders from a store.
- Organizers: school, district, team and club staff who run stores, and print shops that fulfill them.
- Visitors to our public pages, and anyone who contacts us.
Each store is run by an organizer (for example, a school or its print shop). The organizer decides what is sold and receives the order information needed to produce and deliver it. When we process information on an organizer's behalf, we do so under their instructions and this policy.
Information we collect
When you place an order
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The items you choose: product, color, size, quantity, and any personalization you enter, such as a player's name or number.
- An athlete or student name and order notes, if the store asks for them.
- How you paid (card, cash/check, voucher), amounts, fees, and the order's status.
- Your in-progress cart, so it is still there if you come back before the store closes.
When you create an account
- Your email address, name, phone number (optional) and a password. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
- For staff accounts, your role and the schools, districts or stores you manage.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never sent to or stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, processing fees and related identifiers from Stripe.
Content organizers upload
Logos, artwork, banners, product photos, store messages and school colors.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address and basic request information, used to limit abuse (for example, too many password attempts) and keep the service secure.
- Essential cookies, described below.

Your name, email, organization and whatever you include in your message.
Cookies
We use only cookies that are needed for the site to work:
- Sign-in cookies keep you signed in to your account.
- Store access cookies remember that you entered a store's password, so you don't have to type it again.
- Cart cookies link your browser to your saved cart.
- Preference cookies remember which shop a staff member is working in.
We do not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use information
- To take, price, process and deliver orders, and to send receipts and order updates.
- To send reminders about unfinished carts before a store's deadline, and notices when a store closes.
- To give organizers the reports they need: buy sheets, personalization lists and payment reports.
- To run accounts, verify sign-ins, and provide customer support.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security problems, and to keep records required by law.
- To respond to messages you send us.
We do not send marketing emails to buyers, and we do not use buyer information to advertise.
How we share information
- With the store's organizer and print shop. The school, team or club that runs the store, and the print shop that fills it, see the orders placed in their stores (including contact details and personalization) so they can produce, deliver and support them.
- With service providers that run parts of our service for us, under contracts that limit how they use the data: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Resend (email delivery) and Netlify (website hosting).
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or Campus Clothing.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell or rent personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Students and children
Campus Clothing is designed for adults: parents and guardians, school staff and print shops. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian may enter a student's name or number to personalize an item; that information is used only to produce and deliver the order.
Campus Clothing does not access or maintain student education records. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at privacy@campus.clothing and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle refunds and disputes, and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, generally up to seven years. Unfinished carts can no longer be checked out once a store closes. Account information is kept while your account is active; you can ask us to delete it at any time, subject to records we must keep.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls that limit each staff member to their own schools and stores, and password-protected stores. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- You can view your past orders under My orders if you have an account.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or for a copy of it, by emailing privacy@campus.clothing. We'll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws), you may have additional rights. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
- If your request is about an order a school or club collected, we may forward it to that organizer, who controls that information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We'll change the “last updated” date above, and for significant changes we'll give additional notice, such as on the site or by email to account holders.
