A store for every team
Football, volleyball, band, theatre, the senior class. Each store has its own products, colors, deadline and password, under your school's name, logo and colors.
Names, numbers and add-ons
Offer player names, numbers, sleeve prints and other decorations. Text can be priced per character, and size upcharges are built in.
Card, cash or check
Families can pay by card online, or choose cash/check and you mark it paid. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe and paid out to your school.
Deadlines that enforce themselves
Stores close the minute the deadline passes. Families with unfinished carts get a reminder first, and coaches get a follow-up list afterward.
Vouchers and coupons
Give a family a $40 credit, a coach an allowance, or the whole team 10% off. Balances are tracked and can't be spent twice.
Flyers with QR codes
Print one flyer per store, or several stores per page. Scanning the QR code opens the store without typing a password.
Reports your print shop can use
Buy sheet by style, color and size; personalization list; money report with actual card fees; CSV exports for ordering garments.
The right access for each person
District, school, coach and print shop roles. Coaches manage their own store; only the print shop changes base prices.

- What does it cost the school?
- Pricing depends on how your stores are set up and who handles payments. Get in touch and we'll walk you through it before anything goes live.
- Do we have to change print shops?
- No. Campus Clothing is built around a local print shop. If yours isn't on Campus Clothing yet, we're glad to talk with them about joining.
- Who is the seller, and who handles refunds?
- In most setups your school (or its print shop) is the seller, and payments are deposited to its own Stripe account. Size swaps and refunds are handled by the store organizer.
- What do families need?
- Just a phone or computer and the store password from the flyer. They can check out as a guest or create an account to see past orders.
- Can we raise money with it?
- Yes. School and district admins can add a markup on top of the print shop's price, and the money report shows exactly what was collected.
